دامنه با مشخصات غیر ایرانی بوده هنوز در ریسلرکلاب است , و امکان ترنسفر ندارد و باید MOVE شود.

The domain DOMAIN.org is registered by PDR Ltd. d/b/a PublicDomainRegistry.com as a Registrar. Can't execute a Transfer request for this Domain.

Thank you for contacting support.

The domain name cannot be transferred but can be moved from one reseller account to another.

Reasons:

1. Registrar information for the domain name is the same Registrar PDR Ltd. d/b/a PublicDomainRegistry.com (R27-LROR)
2. The domain name is present with another reseller account under resellerclub.

A domain needs to be associated with a customer account. Hence you need to create a customer account under the destination reseller account. This will be the customer account to which the new domains will be moved. In case, you need the domains to be under different customer accounts, then you need to create multiple new customer accounts.

Then you need to perform the following:

-->> Login to your customer control panel, where the domains are present.
-->> Search for the domain names by going to Manage orders>>> List/search orders
-->> Click on the Domain name that you wish to move.
-->> In the order details page that opens up, click on Move Services button on the top right corner of the screen.
-->> Enter the destination customer ID and e-mail address, this will be the new customer ID under the new Reseller account where the domain will be moved.

However, please note that the move process won't happen successfully if another action is already (e.g. renewal etc) pending on it, or if the reseller has applied lock on the domains.
