The function to move domain(s) across resellers will be added within 2-3 weeks onto the platform. Therefore, we decided to not perform manual transfers for resellers anymore. This causes a lot of manual work and slows down the completion of this function.
Please wait until the function to move domains has been added, so you can move the domain(s) yourself.
There is a workaround for domains that expire within this three weeks. Please send us a list of domain(s) which are set to expire. We will change balances accordingly to make sure that the right reseller pays for the renewal of the domain.
If you are the parent reseller of both resellers you can move balance yourself. Just update balances accordingly and let the domain(s) pass renewal in the current account.
This way the domains get renewed and the new reseller will pay for the renewal. The domain(s) stays at the current reseller's account until we finish the function that allows you to move domains across resellers.
