دوستان در مورد این ایمیل جدید که در مورد تمدید دامنه ها و اطلاعیه در مورد انقضا دامنه ها دادند دقیقا منظورشون چیه و بهتره چه تنظیمی در پنل انجام بدیم ؟؟؟
Please take notice of the following and undertake the necessary action about:
Renewal notices for domain names:
Important: Your account is set to auto renew domains automatically by default. Due to the migration we have set this default setting to protect our customers from accidentally deleted domains. If you do not want domains to be renewed automatically, you have 1 day from now to change this setting to automatically delete domains (unless a domain is explicitly renewed by you or your customer).
This is the fourth time we inform you about this setting. Thursday we will automatically renew all expiring domains in reseller accounts were this setting is unchanged.
Check your settings under: Reseller Area > Settings > General > "Auto renew all products in this reseller account."
Renewal notices will be sent weekly (due to migration coming weeks daily), containing all domains that will expire within 20 days.
Renewal notices are active for all resellers and sub-reseller down the chain. You can disable this feature under: Reseller Area > Settings > General > Notifications.
Renewal notice will contain a state of your current balance
If your setting is "auto-renew off" domains with a renew grace period will go in to "expired" status 1.5 day before expiration date and the domain is no longer active. If you renew the domain within 39 days it will be active again. After 39 days the domain will get permanently deleted.
If your setting is "auto-renew off" domains without a renew grace period will be permanently deleted.
Most of the deleted domains will go into redemption period at the registry. In this case the domain can be restored at significantly higher cost. If a domain moves into redemption, you can request a restore from our support team. They will inform you about the redemption costs. Upon agreement, the domain is restored and synced back into your account.
If your setting is "auto-renew on" domains will be renewed 1.5 days prior to their expiration date, except if your customer or reseller deletes the domain through the customer area, reseller area, WHMCS of a different 3rd party control panel.
If your balance is insufficient for the renewal of domains, they will go into "expired" status (auto renew grace period) or will be deleted if a renew grace period is not supported by the registry.
Important notice for WHMCS and Resello Storefront users:
You probably want to set the auto renew stetting to not auto renew your domains. Please check your account settings as soon as possible under under: Reseller Area > Settings > General > "Auto renew all products in this reseller account."
Recent Bugfixes:
Incoming transfers for domains are unlocked (except for TLD's that are not migrated yet).
