I believe this issue is with the ISP some of your customers are connecting through.

From the information below I have ran a traceroute to the IP 2.179.80.1 which appears to be your customers IP.

The return traceroute shows that the traffic gets routed to Japan and dies in NTT network.

On this basis this suggests your customers ISP and NTT are having some difficulties with connectivity.

If you require us to look at this further you will need to request your ISP/your customers ISP makes contact with Redstation's NOC to see if we can find a mutual alternative path.
