مشکل در نصب fcgi

سلام
من fcgi رو با دستور yum install spawn-fcgi نصب میکنم
اما در خروجی این پیغام میاد

وقتی netstat میگیرم هیچ خروجی نمیده
لطفا راهنمایی کنید مشکل کار کجاست
