گرفتن مقدار با php

سلام
من میخوام در کد زیر

$content.="<select id=cc style='height:30; font-size:13; width:100%;text-align:center background-color:yellow;color:blue' ONCHANGE=" location = 'index.php?week='+this.options[this.selectedIndex].value;">"; 

مقدار

'+this.options[this.selectedIndex].value 

را با php بگیرم.نمی خوام با get بگیرم.
