با سلام،

ظاهرا علی رغم توافق صورت گرفته اخیر سی پنل هنور کاربران ایرانی رو تحریم کرده، پاسخ رسمی سی پنل در این مورد:

Hello Abed,

My apologies for the delay in response on this! Our legal team has been reviewing our current policy regarding sales to Iran as there have been some recent changes to the OFAC Sanctions with respect to the latest news released regarding the lifting of Iranian sanctions, so I wanted to make sure we sent you the most up to date information on this.

At this time there are no immediate changes to be expected. cPanel is still prohibited from providing goods or services to Iran. Currently legislation is still pending that has prevented us from allowing licenses to be sold to Iran. However please continuing referring the the site should things change. Please read below our policy on sanction countries:

U.S. export control regulations do forbid trade and impose economic sanctions and embargoes against certain targeted geographic regions, countries, and governments including: Iran, Cuba, Sudan and Syria.

Even if the specific customer lives outside of Iran, the specific sanctions cover a broader scope including server violations (hostnames, server IPs) and domain violations (such as Iranian sites or users). Before purchasing a cPanel license, this should be considered to ensure compliance with these sanctions.

Additional information about U.S. export regulations may be found here: http://www.treasury.gov/resource-cen...ues_index.aspx

Please contact us again if there are any other questions.

امیدواریم با اجرایی شدن توافقات امکان استفاده سی پنل در ماه های آینده فراهم شود.
