Our Legal Team has informed us to allow to transfer of the domain names registered through the Reseller - KEYANA IT CO. Thus, we have Unsuspended all the domain names under them and informed him to initiate transfer within a week.
As the domain name 'xxx' is not registered under you name, I cannot assist you. Hence, I request you to contact the Reseller for assistance in transferring the domain name
