متاسفانه این مشکل خیلی شایع هست روی سرورهای hp
همینطور که در پست قبلی عرض کردم مشکل از کشینگ هارددیسک هست

Hello,
We swapped out a few drive configurations and IO speeds on all of them seemed low; we turned off disk write caching in BIOS and the speeds increased by about 350% on multiple drives, placing them at our expected range for this server config. We've replaced the original drive, which is showing a similar I/O increase, please check to see if you can confirm an improvement. Note that disabling this option does increase vulnerability to data loss due to power outage.
