مخفی کردن آی پی سرور و موقعیت دیتاسنتر

در حال جستجوی این بودم که آی پی سرور و موقعیت دیتاسنتر رو مخفی نگهدارم تا از ایبوز تا حدی در امان باشم؛ تا اینکه به Reverse p*r*o*x*y Hosting برخوردم.
ظاهرا چیز به دربخوری باشه؛ اما تا چه حدی این خوبه و تا چه حد جواب میده؟
اگر از این استفاده کنم ، سرور اصلیم و موقعیت دیتاسنتر تا چه حد میتونه در امان باشه؟ ایا 100% میتونه در امان باشه؟

این چیزی که میخوام ظاهرا چیزی مثل cloudflare هست.
cloudflare دقیقا همین کاری رو که میخوام انجام میده.
اما خوب، چون cloudflare آمریکایی هست با یک نامه میتونه لوکیشن سرور مارو لو بده
چطور میشه یک چیزی مثل cloudflare داشت، اما اختصاصی؟!!
