سلام به همگی
من پارسال یک دامنه com. در شاتل هاست ثبت کرده بودم و چند روز پیش خواستم دامنه رو به یک شرکت دیگه منتقل کنم و تمدید کنم. اما هر بار پیام یاد که دامنه لاک شده و امکان ترنسفر وجود ندارد . از روز پنجشنبه به شاتل هاست اطلاع دادم و کارگزار جدید 2 بار عملیات انتقال رو انجام داده و هر 2 بار انتقال انجام نشده البته تمدید انجام شده . من قبلا می تونستم به کنترل پنلم در دسترسی داشته باشم . اما الان لینک دسترسی به کنترل پنل دومین کار نمیکنه ؟

از جمعه دارم با هر دو موبایل آقای طلوع تماس میگیرم و گوشی رو بر نمداره تلفن ثابت هم رو پیام گیره فقط میگه تیکت بزارید و تیکت هام جواب نمیده .
لطفا دوستان راهنمایی کنن چطور می تونم از ایشون شکایت کنم . ایشون نماد اعتماد هم داره . از پنجشنبه سایت بالا نمیاد .
