مشکل در لود دایرکت ادمین

سلام دوستان
الان دو روزه به یک مشکل خوردم نمیدونم چکار کنم
من از یک هاست اختصاصی روی دایرکت ادمین استفاده میکنم و فقط سایت خود من روی این دایرکت ادمین هست
مشکل اینجاست که گاهی اوقال روزی یک بار و یا دوبار سایت من بالا نمیاد و وقتی چک میکنم دایرکت ادمین هم بالا نمیاد و حتی دستور alt+ctrl+delet هم کار نمیکنه توی کنسول سرور مجازی
فقط و فقط مجبور میشم از طریق vmware این ماشین رو ریست بدم

بعد از بالا امدم توب پیام های دایرکت ادمین که میرم برای من این پیام هارو مینویسه
