مشکل آپلود کردن فایل در اسکریپت Mega File Hosting V1.5

با درود و احترام
بنده اسکریپت Mega File Hosting اخرین نسخه یعنی نسخه 1.5 نال شده را روی سرور نصب کرده ام.
این اسکریپت مانند اسکریپت های مشابه از PHP آپلود نمی کند بلکه از CGI فایل هارا آپلود میکند. اما مشکل اینجاست که وقتی در پنل مدیریت اسکریپت روی سرور ها میروم و سرور پیشفرض یا همان Local Server را تست میکنم اسکریپت این جطا را به من میدهد:

در تنظیمات سیپنل CGI برای من فعال است.
میخواستم بدانم از Error برای چیست و چگونه میتوان آن را تصحیح کرد؟(اگر از کانفیگ سرور هم میباشد لطفا کامل توضیح دهید)
