Account Not Modified - مشکل در whm

سلام من به یه مشکل با سی پنلی که نازه رو سرور نصب شده خوردم موقعی که میخوام یه کاربر رو یوزرنیمشرو تغییر بدم ارور زیر رو میده

Account Not Modified

• Error.. There is currently a configuration error in the Apache configuration file. User name change aborted.
• Account modification aborted, there was a problem changing the user name.

فک میکنید مشکل از چی باشه ؟

این دستور جواب نداد
اما لاگهارو چک کردم این قسمتش نظرمو جلب کرد

پرمیشن دنید مال چیه ! یعنی سطح دسترسیه فایلای سی پنل مشکل داره مگه ممکنه !
