Hello,
During maintenance of one of our facilities, there were network complications
which resulted in downtime for some users. We have had a senior network
administrator on this issue since it started (as it was maintenance originally)
and they have been working to resolve the issues that have come up as noted in
the status post here:
Connectivity Issues DC2 Status.SingleHop
As for the current status, the restoration of full service is being completed
and should bring everything back online at this time. We apologize for these
issues but ensure that we are now in the final stages of restoring all services
that were impacted by the outage and investigating the root cause so this type
of outage does not happen in the future.
