We did receive tickets from your customers, we removed the blacklist from IP's that were not in violation of OFAC, and assisted them with regaing license activation status. We also received reports from your customers that the account for RootLicense had been "sharing" licenses, and frequent license transfers have occured betwen customers. This is a blatant violation of the End User License Agreement. These reports have been sent to PayPal as that is another violation of the Partner NOC Agreement.
