بهترین تنظبمات برای فایل my.cnf برای سرور Corei7

با سلام و خسته نباشید ...
با توجه به اینکه یک انجمن سنگین روی سرورم دارم میخواستم ببینم بهترین تنظیمات برای فایل my.cnf چیه ؟

مشخصات سرور :

corei7 2600
32GB DDR3
2*3TB 6.GB.s

فایل my.cnf فعلی به شکل زیر هست : پنل هم دایرکت ادمین هست :
