مشکل در godaddy

سلام دوستان
یکی از دوستانم از من سوال زیر رو پرسیده و من هم گفتم که باید از دوستانم در وب هاستینگ تاک بپرسم تا جواب اون ها رو به شما بدم، چون خودم اطلاع چندانی ندارم:

چیزی که خودم از متن فهمیدم، اینه که مشخصات فردی رو می خوان که پرداخت با کارت اون انجام شده، مشخصات کامل+عکس صاحب کارت و عکس پشت و روی کارت با چهار رقم آخر
درسته؟
این دوستم میگه که الان نمی تونه تو پنل لاگین کنه و این متن رو براش می فرسته
و میگه که خرید توسط یکی از سایت ها انجام شده (نام سایت رو نمی تونم اعلام کنم) و این سایت هم همکاری نمی کنه و سایت میگه که دوستم باید مشخصات خودش رو بفرسته!

درخواست من از شما دوستان اینه که غیر از چیز هایی که گفتم هم لازمه یا خیر؟

پیشنهاد میکنم اینو با شیراز تکنولوژی یا آفاق هاستینگ در میون بذارید ، چون تا جایی که من میشناسم توی خرید و فروش و آفر دامنه ها و یا مشکلات سایت های فروش دامنه بیشتر سرو کار دارن

احتمالا موقع پرداخت از طریق کارت اعتباری٫ با آی پی غیر از آی پی کشور صادرکننده کارت پرداخت را انجام داده اند و یا آی پی جزو Anonymous ***** ها بوده.
مثلا اگر کارت و بیلینگ آدرس کارت مربوط به آمریکا باشه... باید از یک آی پی مربوط به آمریکا پرداخت انجام بشه.

با توجه به ایمیل فوق به احتمال زیاد سفارش را کنسل می کنن و پول به کارت اعتباری برگشت داده میشه
