مشکل تغییر دسترسی فایل ها در وبسایت پنل

سلام
من یک بک آپ در وبسایت پنل گرفتم والآن میخوام بصورت لینک دانلود باشه تا در سرور جدید بازیابیش کنم اما وقتی روی آیکون قفل کنار فایل کلیک میکنم خطا میده طبق عکس زیر

خواستم سطح دسترسی فایل ها و پوشه های دیگه رو هم تغییر بدم ولی برای همه این خطا رو میده
