درخواست راهنمایی جهت خرید سرور

سلام دوستان من از یه دیتا سنتر نام نمی برم موقعیتش در آلمان هست سرور خریدم به صورت پی بال ماهانه از طریق پیمنت 24 شارژ می کنم اما خواستم سرور جدید تری بخرم ارتقا بدمش پیمنت گفته ورفای می خوان از طریق دوستان اقدام به ثبت نام کردم و از طریق پی بال پول رو ریختم شرکت مذکور پیم داده به این عنوان :

از بنده کپی مدارک .... خواسته باید چی کار کنم زندگیمون می پره شارژ هم نمی کنن
پول رو درخواست برگشت دادیم تا از طریق سویفت اقدام کنیم که اونم کارمزد بالایی داره
می خوام از طریق پی بال اقدام کنیم
آیا راهی بلد هستید چی کار باید کنم اگر شرکتی یا جایی رو می شناسید که این کار ها رو می کنه ممنون میشم بگید تا با اونا کار کنم
