مشکل نصب awstats روی وب سایت پنل

سلام
من میخوام awstats را روی وب سایت پنل نصب کنم اما متاسفانه نصب نمیشه روی وب سایت پنل
این ارور میده

من از این آموزش برای نصب رفتم

1. Install awstats 6.95
2. Secure Awstats – Download Download WebsitePanel from SourceForge.net
   Download and Install Download Web Services Enhancements (WSE) 3.0 for Microsoft .NET from Official Microsoft Download Center
   
3. Install awstats installer from this locationAWStats - Free log file analyzer for advanced statistics (GNU GPL).
4. Set .pl handler
   
   
   1. Open IIS open Handler Mappings
   2. Add Script Map for Perl
      
      
      1. Request Path: *.pl
      2. Executable: C:\Perl64\bin\perl.exe “%s” %s
      3. Name: Perl Script Map
      4. “Do you want to allow this ISAPI Extension” click Yes
      
      
   3. Add Script Map for CGI
      
      
      1. Request Path: *.cgi
      2. Executable: C:\Perl64\bin\perl.exe “%s” %s
      3. Name: CGI Script Map
      4. “Do you want to allow this ISAPI Extension” click Yes
      
      
   4. Restart IIS
   
   
5. Give the IIS_IUSRS write permission on the directory: C:\AWStats\wwwroot\cgi-bin
