[ مشکل بسیار عجیب در اتصال به VMware ]

سلام دوستان .
در اتصال به سرور یک مشکلی ایجاد شده .
وقتی که یوزر root همراه با پسورد رو میزنیم ، یه همچین چیزی نمایش میده :

Error:An internal error occurred in the vSphere Client.
Details: Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection.
Parameter name: index

مشکل چی هست ؟ باید چه کار کرد ؟؟
