ابیوس از طرف دیتاسنتر هتز آلمان

سلام

من ابیوسی دریافت کردم از طرف دیتاسنتر ، چون بعد از دو ماه این اولین ابیوس هست دریافت کردم، نمیدونم چطور حلش کنم، اگر ممکنه راهنمایی کنید .

(1) Notify the account holder of this infringement.
(2) Require the account holder remove the infringing material.
(3) Disable access to the infringing material.
(4) Take appropriate action against the account holder under your Abuse Policy/Terms of Service.

دوست عزیز تو اون سرور قانون کپی رایت رعایت نشده
به صاحب سرور اطلاع بدین اون مطالب رو حذف کنه و الا ای پی سرور و مسدود می کنن باز دردسرش زیاده

سلام . ظاهرا مشکل مربوط به محتوای انتشار بدون مجوز و رعایت کردن کپی رایت یک محصول مثل کتاب الکترونیک یا همچین چیزی هست . شما آی پی سرور اباس شده را تغییر دهید . برای دیتاسنتر ایمیل بزنید که مشکل رفع شده تا جلوی بلاک شدن آی پی را بگیرید .
در انتها وی پی اس مورد نظر را بررسی کنید و اساسا مشکل را برطرف کنید . اگر محتوای غیرمجاز داشت از بین ببرید .
اگر آی پی بلاک شد ، فرم زیر را دانلود کنید . پر کنید . پرینت کنید . امضا کنید و برای هتزنر ارسال کنید .

دقیقا همان اطلاعاتی که فکر کنم باید میدادید تا راهنمایی کنیم را ندادید.

معمولا دو تا لینک داره که باید از آن استفاده کنید

لینک اول که میگید مشکل برطرف شد و سرور را 24 ساعت دان میکنید.

لینک دوم که بعد از تایید واحد فنی و بخش ابیوز هتزنر و ارسال میل از طرف آنها بر روی لینک کلیک میکنید و فرم آنلاین تعهد پر میکنید.
