نصب whmcs 5 روی wamp 1.7.4

سلام، می خواستم whmcs 5 رو روی لوکال نصب کنم. از wampserver 1.7.4 استفاده کردم جوابی نگرفتم.
در این آدرس http://localhost/whmcs/

و در آدرس http://localhost/whmcs/admin/
Site error: the file G:\wamp1.7\www\whmcs\admin\index.php requires the ionCube PHP Loader ioncube_loader_win_5.2.dll to be installed by the site administrator.
