ست نشدن dns اختصاصی

سلام دوستان.
من روی سرور مجازی میخوام یه سایت بالا بیارم، بعد قرار شد روی یک دامنه DNS اختصاصی تعریف کنم که اون DNS ها رو بدم به دامنه وبسایت. فرض کنید ns1.company.com و ns2.company.com رو روی IP سرور مجازی ثبت کردم. و این DNS ها رو دادم به دامنه mysite.com
هر دو ns1.company.com و ns2.company.com رو پینگ میگیرم IP درست میدن ، ولی دامنه mysite.com پینگ نمیده. با سایت https://intodns.com چک میکنم، یه سری خطا میده:

Missing nameservers reported by your nameservers:

ns2.company.com

تصویر خطا هم ضمیمه شد. دلیلش چی میتونه باشه؟ آیا باید توی سرور مجازی، توی DNS Manager، برای company.com برم و DNS تعریف کنم؟؟
