درود
دیتابیس ها کار میکنن و سایت ها بالا میان ولی کسی نمیتونه دیتابیس جدید بسازه

یوزر و پسورد رو درست وارد میکنم ولی وارد نمیشه

احتمالا سروریس mysql شما آسیب جدید دیده است باید لاگ های سرویس را بررسی کنید که طبق اون بتوان برای حل مشکل اقدام کرد

تیبل های اصلی innodb سرویس mysql سرورتون آسیب دیده و حذف شده اند این تقریبا بدترین مشکلی هستش که برای mysql میتونه ایجاد بشه...

به کمک آقای سنجری ( Yas-Host ) حل شد

دوستانی که شبیه مشکل ایشون دارند از روش زیر برای حل استفاده کنند :

/etc/init.d/mysql stop
mysqld_safe --skip-grant-tables &

دستور زیر را بزنید :

cat /root/.my.cnf

سپس پسورد روت mysql سرور برای شما نمایش داده میشود :
دستورات زیر را بزنید:

mysql -u root
\u mysql
update user set password=("NEW-ROOT-PASSWORD") where User='root';
flush privileges;
quit

به جای عبارت NEW-ROOT-PASSWORD پسوردی که خروجی دستور cat /root/.my.cnf به شما داد را وارد کنید.
و در اخر :

/etc/init.d/mysql start
mysqladmin proc

موفق باشید.
