مشکل لود سرور Warning: The system load average is 12.88

با سلام
جدیدا یه مشکلی که واسه سرور بنده پیش اومده این که مرتبا این پیام میاد و لود سرور زیاد شده.سایت ها زیاد نشده و اونایی هم که هستن استفاده انچنانی ندارن لطفا راهنمایی کنید مشکل از کجاست.

ممنون میدونم با بهینه سازی حل میشه ولی بهتر بود یه مقدار جزئیات بیشتری رو ذکر میکردید خیلی کلی جواب دادین
