مشکل با Blogengine در وب سایت پنل Server Error in '/blog' Application.

سلام خدمت اساتید محترم :

من چند وقت پیش پنل Websitepanel را روی یک سرور مجازی نصب کردم ، همه چی خوب روش اجرا میشه ، php و.... !
الان میخواستم دوباره بلاگی که با blogengine ساخته بودم را روش بریزم که ریختم و حالا به خطای زیر مواجه شدم :

Description: An application error occurred on the server. The current custom error settings for this application prevent the details of the application error from being viewed remotely (for security reasons). It could, however, be viewed by browsers running on the local server machine.

جالب تر از همه این هست که در ویندوز سون به راحتی باز میشه ، و هیچ مشکلی نداره اما در ویندوز xp خطا میده :(
