عدم استارت شدن سرویس ibs

با سلام دوستان من زمانی که می خوام سرویس IBS را استارت کنم با این خطا مواجه مواجه می شم

اپدیت هم نشده فقط هنگ کرده بود ریبوتش کردیم این مشکل واسش پیش امد...

ارور مربوط به دیتابیس هست

انجام دادم و ریبوت کردم ولی انجام نشده است
بک اپ را با چه دستوری با ید بگیرم و از کجا برگردونم؟
