شاید اینترنت ش وصل نی و تنظیمات dnsمشخص نشده تنظیمات شبکشو یک چک کن
شایدم مشکل دیگه باشه

داخل سرور هم پینگ وجود دارد

سرور ایران هست؟
با توجه به این که خطای ریزالو دارد احتمالا مشکل از یا تحریم باشد یا *****.
دی ان اس های سرور را هم چک کنید. روی پابلیک دی ان اس سرورهای عمومی مثل 8.8.8.8 بگذارید و شبکه سرور را ری استارت کنید.
از سیستم خودتان هم با پروکسی و بدون پروکسی چک کنید ببینید آدرس هایی که خطای ریزالو دارند را خودتان می توانید ببینید یا نه.
سرور خارج از ایران است
