سلام دوستان
دیشب ایمیل رسلو بهم رسید و پسورد رو تعیین کردم و داخل کنترل پنلشون شدم
اما امروز نمی تونم وارد بشم، مطمئنم که پسوردم درست هست و اصلاً خطای اشتباه بودن یوزر و پسورد نمیده
این خطارو میده

ظاهراً اصلا اینجا من اکاونتی ندارم، فراموشی پسورد هم کاربردی نداره! یعنی اکاونتی با ایمیل من پیدا نمی کنه

کسی از دوستان می تونه کمک کنه، آیا موقتا دارن یه کارایی می کنن اکاونتم رو غیر فعال کردن؟

Your new Reseller Account at Resello has been created
As we announced in our previous email, due to changes in the legal jurisdiction applicable to us, we will no longer be able to support partners from Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan and Syria from the end of October 2013. We have initiated steps to migrate the impacted accounts to Resello and here is an important update for you.
We hope you have already received the welcome email from Resello, who we have partnered with to help ensure that your business remains unaffected due to these changes at ResellerClub. Your Reseller Accounts have now been created and the sub-reseller chain (if any) under your account at ResellerClub has been replicated at Resello.
We suggest that you log in to your account at www.resello.com using the credentials provided by Resello on the welcome email, and get familiarized with the interface and account settings. To help you understand their platform better, you will be able to access to your Reseller Startup Guide as well as the Migraton Help Page at https://www.resello.com/migration.
As you login and explore the functions at your brand new Resello account, you will realize that Resello has a robust platform and wide product portfolio that can cater to the countries that we will be no longer be able to support. Their platform is very similar to ResellerClub’s platform, and prices comparable to ours. This makes Resello the perfect platform for you to continue operating your business with minimal changes to your processes. We strongly recommend you to transfer hosting packages to them to ensure the smooth functioning of your account and business. Your domains will be transferred to this account on the 5th of November, 2013.
You can also refer to our Transition Status Page, where we will be regularly updating any new developments as well as the status of this transition and timelines.
Status of Move to Resello
As of today only Reseller and sub-resellers chain accounts have been created at Resello
Accounts for your customers and customers of all sub-resellers in your chain will be created on 5th of November, 2013, 2013
We recommend that you renew domains that are in the Auto-Renewal Grace Period before 5th of November, 2013, you will not be able to manage them post the 5th of November, 2013 or you will have to manage them through Resello after the move
On 5th of November, 2013, fast-transfer process of domains under your sub-resellers and customers accounts will be started to your new account at Resello retaining the same parent-child structure as now; This means there will no addition of a domain year to the domain tenure and the transfer will be free; We are coordinating with registries, ICANN and all stakeholders to ensure we can do this for most TLDs
Hosting packages will be refunded pro-rata considering 28th of October as expiry date and packages will be suspended on 5th of November
No pricing settings have been ported over to your new Resello account yet. Your pricing as per your ResellerClub Account, will imported to your account at Resello by the end of this week
We recommend that you do not set/change prices until the end of this week as your prices may get overwritten during the import process.
I would like to reiterate that it has been a great experience doing business with you and it is unfortunate that we are unable to continue supporting your business. We assure you of our continued support during this migration process to Resello.

انتقال دامنه ها به شرکت جدید
با سلام
با توجه به تغییر مالکیت شرکت DirectI از (هندی - آمریکایی) به (آمریکایی) و تحریم های موجود آمریکا علیه ایران، تمام دامنه ها و پنل ها تا چند روز آینده به شرکت جدید (Resello.Com) منتقل خواهند شد
لطفا به موارد زیر توجه فرمائید:
تمامی دامنه های فعال در تاریخ 28 اکتبر به Resello منتقل خواهند شد.
اکانت های نمایندگی (Sub-Reseller) در Resello ایجاد شده و رمز ورود برای نمایندگان ارسال شده است. اکانت کاربران شما و اکانت کاربران طلاهاست (Customer) در روز 28 اکتبر در رجیسترار جدید ایجاد می شوند. مشخصات از طریق ایمیل خدمت شما و کاربرانتان ارسال خواهد شد.
تمامی اعتبار باقیمانده نمایندگی، اعتبار زیر نمایندگان و اعتبار کاربران به پنل جدید منتقل می شود.
در فاصله زمانی انتقال دامنه ها به رجیسترار جدید، امکان تمدید و تغییر در دامنه ها وجود نخواهد داشت. در نتیجه در صورتی که دامنه ای هم اینک منقضی شده یا طی این مدت منقضی می شود، همین حالا نسبت به تمدید آن اقدام فرمایید.
اگر تمایل به ایجاد تغییری در DNS یا Child Name Server دامنه های زیر مجموعه خود دارید لازم است حداکثر تا 26 اکتبر نسبت به اعمال تغییرات اقدام فرمایید.
تمامی اطلاعات DNS و Child Name Server دامنه (های) شما بصورت کامل به رجیسترار جدید منتقل خواهد شد و نیازی به تنظیم مجدد نخواهد بود. ولی بخش Free DNS Management منتقل نمی شود بنابراین اگر از بخش Free DNS Management استفاده می کنید از DNS های خود بکاپ بگیرید
"مخفی کردن اطلاعات هویز" یا "Privacy Protection" تا پس از انتقال دامنه ها به رجیسترار جدید غیرفعال خواهد بود
اگر از سرویس ایمیل ریسلرکلاب استفاده می کنید، تا قبل از انتقال و غیرفعال شدن پنل قبلی، نسبت به تهیه بکاپ از ایمیل های خود اقدام کنید. ایمیل ها منتقل نمی شوند.
نمایندگان محترم توجه داشته باشند پنل در 28 اکتبر قفل می شود، در صورت تمایل می توانید از تراکنش ها، لیست دامنه ها و ... در پنل خروجی CSV بگیرید. (در منوی Tools --> Report --> CSV Data Export)
دامنه ها در امنیت کامل هستند و هیچ نگرانی برای دامنه خود نداشته باشید
