بله برای برخی دامنه ها ظاهرا ایمیل درخواست مدارک میاد. بعضا اکتیو میشه ولی بعضا کاربران اعلام می کنند که ایمیل درخواست مدارک به شکل زیر میاد :

بله بنده پنل وریفای شده دارم ، دوستان هم اگر دوست و آشنایی از اروپا یا امریکا داشته باشن میتونن براحتی اوکی کنن.

البته هیچ جایی ننوشته بود که مدارک برای ثبت دامنه نیاز هست ... Ovh همیشه ازین حرکت های غافلگیرانه داره
