افزودن هارد در لینوکس توسط esxi ؟؟؟؟؟؟

If /home2 is working, then you should be fine..

In order to use it for new accounts, edit:
/etc/defaults/useradd

and change:
HOME=/home

to be:
HOME=/home2

so that new Users are created there instead of /home.
Also, you'd need to tell DA about it for quotas:
DirectAdmin Versions

Ensure you have the usrquota,grpquota option set in the /etc/fstab file for /home2.
