Thank you for your ticket and I am sorry to hear that you appear to be experiencing problems with your server. I have tested the connection to your server and I am able to get to your servers BMC successfully.

Please check the state of your server using your BMC console, if you require any assistance with hardware then I would be glad to help.

If you would prefer us to investigate your server to identify the cause we can do so on your behalf. If the issue is not related to a hardware fault then charges apply at the rate of £75 per hour during office hours and £150 outside office hours.
