ریست کردن تمام تنظیمات!

با سلام
چجوری تمام تنظیمات رو ریست کنم؟
بدون اینکه فایل هام پاک بشه
مشکل اصلی اینه که نمیشه فایل آپلود کرد برای بعضی یوزر ها
وردپرس نصب نمیشه و بعضی اسکریپت ها هم ناقص اجرا میشه

make sure apach handler is on suexec
then rebuild the php.ini

ارور نداره فقط صفحه سفید میاد
فایل هم آپلود نمیشه اونجا 100% میشه ولی آپلود نمیشه
ولی با ftp میشه
بعد یک ایمیل cgi هم از طرف cpanel اومده
