مشکل در اتصال به سرور با پنل directadmin

سلام
وقتی می زنم

ای پی لایسنس هم از داخل سایت directadmin و هم سرور چک شده هر دو فعال و ست هست
پورت در فایروال سرور اد شده و پورت مربوطه بلاک نیست
این مشکل 3-4 روزی هست به وجود اومده
مشکل از چی می تونه باشه دوستان عزیز؟
