اشکال در ماژول ثبت دامنه resello

سلام دوستان
من امروز ماژول ثبت دامین resello رو نصب کردم اولش تونستم یه دامین باهاش ثبت کنم
ولی الان که میخوام دوباره ثبت کنم، این ارور رو داخل لاگش دیدم

Client ID 23 has paid for the registration of domain example.com and the automated registration attempt has failed with the following error: No response received.

توی ارور اومده که No response received
من که تنظیمات داخل پنل resello رو تغییر ندادم
مشکل از کجا میتونه باشه؟
