من سرور اختصاصیم چند ساعتیه که خاموش شده . به دیتاسنتر تیکت زدم اینو گفتن:
The server is powered on and the networking is configured correctly, it may be an issue in the software. If you like, I can attach an IP KVM to your server so that you can check your configurations. Also, you can reboot your server from the power management in your client portal.
از پنل سرور رو خاموش و روشن کردم ولی بازم پینگ نیومده. دوباره که تیکت زدم مشخصات KVM دادن.
سرورم با وی ام ور مجازی سازی شده
اگه میشه کمک کنید که چیکار کنم
