مشکل با ftp

باسلام خدمت عزیزان سایت یه مشکلی دارم من اینکه نمیتونم با FTP کانکت کنم به سرور ولیست فایلهارو نشون نمیده البته لوگین میکنه ضاهرا اما لیست فایلهارو بالا نمیاره کنترل پنل داریکت ادمین هست سرویس هم VPS

این خط 3تامونده به اخر رو که قرمز کردم رو روش چند دقیقه میمونه بعد اون 2 اخطار اخر رو میده چکار کنم به نظرتون؟بایوزرها ودومین های مختلف تست کردم نتیجه نداد اطلاعات رو هم صحیح وارد میکنم
