مشکل در لینوکس centos

مشکلی که دارم این هست که با url کار نمیکنه در نتیجه از دستور yum نمیشه استفاده کرد
nameserver 4.2.2.4
nameserver 8.8.8.8
هم حذف شده اما وقتی google.com را ping میکنم جواب نمیده
