سلام
دوستان من یک سرور جدید گرفتم و یوزر هامو انتقال دادم به سرور جدید اما یوزر هارو 0 مگابایت نشون میده به همین خاطر تیکت باز کردم در قست پشتیبانی سی پنل که در جواب این هارو گفتن
The problem with the disk usage reporting is that WHM/cPanel cannot correctly report disk usage in a journaled quota file system (especially in a virtual environment). Currently the / partition is mounted with usrjquota options.
If you could remount "/dev/VolGroup00/LogVol00 /" using normal usrquota, you can then run /scripts/fixquotas and after the script steps through all of the user accounts, it should properly reflect the disk usage in WHM (and will also be able to enforce your quota package limits).
Unfortunately, cPanel support cannot assist you with filesystem manipulation as it is against policy, so you will need a system administrator or to contact your provider if you are unsure on how to do this.

As I stated earlier, you will need to remount the filesystem using normal usrquota support and not usrjquota (journaled quota) support.
Because we're talking about the root partition, you will most likely need to bring the server down to runlevel 2 so you can unmount it, change the options in fstab and remount.
For liability reasons, I cannot show you the exact steps on how to accomplish this, but there's plenty of resources on the internet by Googling for "mount usrquota filesystem" or similar.
