بک آپ گیری از اکانت های ایجاد شده در Plesk 11

عملا به نتیجه نرسیدم
منظورم بر روی remote ftp هست، یا اصلا متصل نمی شه و یا وقتی متصل می شه فقط از فایل های سیستمی بک آپ می گیره و از اکانت ها بک آپ نمی گیره
راه حلی دارید؟

1Login to your Parallels Plesk Panel.

2Click on the Tools & Settings link on the left panel.

3Click on the Backup Manager link in the Tools & Resources section.

2 تا نکته در استارت مبحث هست که شما اصلا اون رو نخوندید!

مطمئن شوید tmp سرور پر نشده باشد.
مسیر پیش فرض /var/lib/psa/dumps.
در صورت که فضای این مسیر کمه می تونید جاش رو تغییر بدین

/etc/init.d/psa stop
mkdir /var/lib/psa/tmp
chown USER:USER /var/lib/psa/tmp
chmod 755 /var/lib/psa/tmp
rm /opt/psa/PMM/tmp
ln -s /var/lib/psa/tmp /opt/psa/PMM/tmp
/etc/init.d/psa start
.............................
برای اطمینان Firewall را در هر دو سمت خاموش نمایید.

سرور ویندوزه نه لینوکس


مطمئن شوید tmp سرور پر نشده باشد.
