لطفا کمک کنید یک دامنه روی سرور از دیروز کار نمی کنه همه چیز هم درست بوده

از دیشب سایت خود ما روی سرور به دچار مشکل شده . هیچ کدوم از دامنه ها حتی از روی خود سرور هم پینگ نمیشه ! ولی تمامی دامنه های دیگه ای روی سرور هستند درست دارند کار می کنند و مشکلی وجود نداره.

به نظر میاد یه چیزی داره بلاک میکنه همه request هایی که برای این دامنه ها میاد.

اگر به نظرتون چیزی میرسه یا تجربه مشابه داشتید لطفا راهنمایی کنید . من احساس می کنم یه چیزی رو فایروال ویندوز داره جلوش رو می گیره یعنی یه روول ساخته شده که همه request های این دامنه رو دراپ کنه. جالبه که رکورد های دی ان اسی که از این سرور به جای دیگه هم فرستاده میشد دیگه نمیره یعنی دقیقا تعریف شده این دامنه ها دراپ بشن

به فایروال مربوط نیست مشکل بسیار سادست http://intodns.com/nivdata.com دی ان اس های شما مشکل داره
از پنل مدیریت whm به بخش edit dns zon وارد بشید و دامنتونرو باز کنید وضعیت دی ان اسهارو چک کنید اگر همه چیز درست بود به پنل دامنه برید دی ان هارو برسی کنید اگر بازم درست بود پنل دامنه اصلی رو باز کنید یعنی دامنه ای که روش چیلد تعریف کردید اونم اگر همه چیز درست بود وارد روت سرور بشید از طریق پوتی و دستور service named restart رو بزنید

تو یک از مراحل بالا مشلتون رفع میشه توجه داشته باشید دی ان اس در ایران خیلی دیر تنظیم میشه اما هر بار پس از هر تغییر حدود 1 دقیقه بعد مبتونبد ز لینک بالا چک کنید که مشکل حل شده یا خیر
