به احتمال زیاد پرمیژن مناسب به فایلتون ندادید
Permission رو روی 755 تنظیم کنید مشکلتون حل میشه.

ارور ۵۰۰ زمانی رخ میده که وب سرور قادر به سرو درخواست نیست . دلایل زیادی میتونه داشته باشه که خوندن فایل های لوگ مبتونه کمکتون کنه.

دوست عزیز اطلاعات سرور را برای من ارسال کنید تا بررسی کنم. چون همانطور که دوستان عرض کردند دلایل مختلقی دارد که توصیه میکنم اگر به سرور و لینوکس اشنایی ندارید به هیچ عنوان تنظیمات را تغییر ندهید

بررسی کنید آیا مدیر سرور دسترسی به توابع touch و chmod و rename مربوط به PHP رو بسته اند یا خیر. چون سرور به شما اجازه استفاده از این توابع رو نمیده.
