قبل از هر چیزی باید خدمتتون عرض کنم
پولی یا رایگان بودنش برام مهم نیست کیفیت کار برام مهمه

1-به نظر شما zopim خوبه یا mibew ؟

2-شنیدم با zopim بعضی وقتها پی ام نمیرسه؟ درسته؟

3- مزایا و معایب هر کدوم چیه؟

عذر میخوام می پرسم اما چرا از لایو زیلا استفاده نمیکنید؟

به نظرم مشکلی که لایو زیلا داره اینه کاربر باید اسم و ایمیل وارد کنه و این موضوع زیاد خوب نیست

میخوام در کمترین زمان ممکن کاربر با اپراتور گفتگو کنه

به دلیل چند زبانه بودنش و راحتی کار کاربر با بخش پشتیبانی

اما بدی ای که داره اینه که باید از داخل سایتش یوزر رو پشتیبانی کنی اینطور که شنیدیم

سلام و عرض ادب
به نظر بنده هم از سیستم zopim استفاده بفرمائید
چون تحت وب هست ، می تونید به راحتی اون صفحه رو پین کنید و همیشه باز باشه ، می تونید به راحتی روی تلفن همراهتون پشتیبانی بدید
اما سیستمی مثل لایو زیلا که سیستم بسیار سنگینی هست ، میاد کلی از ترافیک رو مصرف می کنه ، اکثر اوقات هم یا پیغام شما ارسال نمی شه ، یا پیغام شخص مقابل نمیاد ، که این بیشتر باعث ناراحتی مشتری هست

با سیستم mibew کار نکردم ولی در کل بنده zopim رو پیشنهاد می کنم

zopim خیلی عالی هست ولی گرووووووووووووووووون!!! باید واسه کاری که میخوای انجام بدی ارزش خرید داشته باشه یا همیشه بیش از 2 کاربر واسه پشتیبانی رو سایت نباشه اگه بخوهای از نسخه رایگانش استفاده کنی

zopim قابلیت های زیادی داره که دوستان گفتن فارسی بودن و...
همینطور می تونید به یاهو مسنجر یا گوگل تاک متصلش کنید که بسیار کارامد هست مثلا شما اگر از طریق یاهو فقط پشتیبانی بدید zopim شما هم فعال هست بدون اینکه وارد داشبوردتون بشید

احتمالا ل در این لحظه زیر حملات DDOS هست ! چون سابقه داشته و قبلا هم به دلیل همین حملات سرورش برای چند روز خاموش بود !

Service Disruption Notice

Service Disruption Notice UPDATE 31 Oct 2012, 0715AM EST

Our datacenter has been running on reserve power until recently. The team at Internap is working very very hard to restore power but one of its facilities LGA9 recently lost power due to a fuel pump failure. Zopim's service has gone offline ever since.

News from a reliable source tell us that fuel is running out at Internap's datacenter. We would have manually carried diesel 17 stairs up to our facilities like how Squarespace (http://status.squarespace.com/post/34667013141/update-7-39pm-et) does it (kudos to the team) if we were in New York. But we are not, so we couldn't physically relocate our servers either.

That said, rest assured that Zopim can still run without relying on our servers in Internap's datacenter. We're currently working on a contingency plan which will allow us to restore service to our customers. This involves setting up connection to our existing proxies located worldwide. It's taking some time but once it's done, you will be able to login to a lightweight version of our dashboard to chat. Expect some advanced capabilities will be limited for the time being. We'll post a more thorough update once this lightweight version is up.

We're currently testing the widget and dashboard to make sure everything is in place. Based on current estimates, the lightweight version of the dashboard should be live in a couple of hours.

Our datacenter provider, Internap, just lost power in one of their facilities, LGA9, as a result of Hurricane Sandy. Some of you might not be able to access our service. We're working closely with them to find out what's happening on the ground. Once we get a better idea of the situation, we'll post another update. Thank you for your patience and understanding in this time of crisis.
