مشکل FTP با ConfigServer Security & Firewall - csf v5.51

سلام دوستان
من بعد از نصب ConfigServer Security & Firewall - csf v5.51
مشکل اتصال به FTP رو دارم یعنی وقتی فایروال فعال می شود به اف تی پی وصل می شود و کلمه کاربری و کلمه عبور را هم چک می کند ولی موقع لیست کردن فایل های داخل اف تی پی اررور Request Time Out میده
کسی به این مشکل بر خورده ؟
و اینکه وقتی فایروال غیر فعال میشود بدون مشکل کار خود را ادامه می دهد
و همین مشکل هم برای فضای بک آپ هست ( در دیتاسنتر Hetzner )
یعنی وقتی فایروال فعال هست سرور قادر به نمایش محتویات فضای بک آپ نیست ! ولی به اف تی پی وصل می شود و کلمه کاربری و کلمه عبور را هم چک می کند ! ولی از دستور ls استفاده که می کنی Request Time Out می دهد.

انجام شد ولی بر طرف نشد

1) Verify that the destination IP address is correct.
2) Increase the connection timeout threshold under Global Settings | Connection.
3) Switch to the opposite data connection type (PASV or PORT) under Site Settings | Type tab.
4) Verify that the problem is not local by trying to connect to an alternate server.
5) If a server name was used, verify it resolves to the correct address.
6) If using a local server table for server name resolution, check to see that it doesn't resolve to an obsolete address.
7) Try pinging the address.
8) If you are using a router, verify the router is up and running (check by pinging it and then ping an address outside of the router).
9) Do a traceroute to the destination to verify all routers along the connection path are operational.
10) Verify that your subnet mask is setup properly.
11) Verify that your local software or hardware firewall is not blocking outbound connections originating from CuteFTP.
12) Verify that your anti-virus software is not at fault (try disabling it).

شما پورت FTP رو روی 6953 قرار دادین ؟
آیا این پورت هم در قسمت In و هم در قسمت و Out پورتهای فایروال Allow شده ؟
چون Authentication انجام میشه و فقط اطلاعات برای شما ارسال نمیشه (لیست شامل اطلاعات هست)

منم همین مشکل را دارم . تویه لینکی که معرفی کردید جواب را داده اینو نوشته :
edit /etc/pure-ftpd.conf

change
PassivePortRange 30000 50000
to
PassivePortRange 30000 31000

added the following UDP_OUT port 33434:33523 in /etc/csf/csf.conf file and restarted csf and ftp server.

من چنین فایلی را پیدا نمیکنم pure-ftpd.conf
حتی با دستور find -name pure-ftpd.conf
چه جوری باید این فایل را پیدا کنم . کنترل پنلم دایرکت ادمین هستش تکنولوژی مجازی سازیم هم Xen هستش

edit /etc/pure-ftpd.conf

change
PassivePortRange 30000 50000
to
PassivePortRange 30000 31000

من چنین فایلی را پیدا نمیکنم pure-ftpd.conf
حتی با دستور find -name pure-ftpd.conf
چه جوری باید این فایل را پیدا کنم . کنترل پنلم دایرکت ادمین هستش تکنولوژی مجازی سازیم هم Xen هستش

فکر نمیکنم چنین فایلی وجود نداشته باشه
یا سرویس ftp شما مشکلی داره

دوست داشتید دسترسی بدید چک کنیم

آهان فهمیدم من از سرویس proftp استفاده میکردم الان تغییرات را میدهم ببینم چی میشه ممنون بخاط پاسختون

تنظیمات CSF رو چک کنید و پوذت 21 رو یکبار دیگر باز کنید همچنین اگر Pureftp هستش فایل کانفیگ رو چک کنید
