لایسنس سی پنل رو بی دلیل دی اکتیو کردن ؟!!! کمک

سلام

دیروز من یک لایسنس سی پنل از سایت buycpanel.com با ویسا کارت خودم خریدم و فعالش کردم

امروز یهو دیدم لایسنس دی اکتیو شده اینم دلیلش

expired/deactivated by admin@buycpanel.com on 2012-03-13 16:12:22.

میل هم به ادمین دادم ولی هنوز جوابی دریافت نکردم ازشون در حالی که حساب کاربریم رو اهم مسدود کردن !!!
در ضمن ای پی من هم امریکا بودش و همه اطلاعات انجا رو داده بودم .
کسی میدونه چی شده الان ؟

من چندین سال پیش از شرکتی سرور مجازی گرفتم سی پنل هم خریدم اسم سرورمو گذاشتم irannew کل سی پنل اون شرکت بیچاره با کلی سرور همه بسته شد و تغییر دادن دایرکت ادمین فکر کنم 100 تا سی پنل داشتن

مشکل هرچی هست فکر کنم از سمت خریداره احتمالا مشکل تو خرید لایسنسه

دوستمون هم که گفت خیالت راحت باشه به خاطر اینه که سر ایرانی بودن استفاده کننده سرور و ... مشکل پیدا نکردی:57:

***HOW DOES THE CPANEL LICENSE WORK?***

The CPanel license is tied to your server's main base IP Address. You can purchase a license here www.buycpanel.com/order.php

***HOW SHOULD I PREPARE MY SERVER FOR CPANEL?***

cPanel should be installed on a blank server with a fresh operating system install. We recommend installing the Fedora Core or centOS operating system. cPanel makes many changes to your system including downloading needed packages and configuring them for you. Because of the considerable amount of changes that cPanel will make to the system, you need to reformat your machine to ensure a CLEAN STATE of the system, with no user data or custom installations on it. The suggested method of uninstalling the software is to reformat the server.

PARTITIONING - The following partitions are recommended prior to installing cPanel:

* Remaining space to /

***MY SERVER SAYS "INVALID LICENSE FILE"***

If you have a invalid cpanel license after you change the hostname, we suggest you log in as root via ssh and run this command from the ssh prompt /usr/local/cpanel/cpkeyclt

***HOW DO I SET MY SERVER'S HOSTNAME??***

Your server needs to have a valid DNS zone with A record pointing to the IP where you want to host it. This is called the hostname. The hostname of this server should be a Fully Qualified Domain Name that will not be used elsewhere on the server. You should never set your hostname to an name that is already used (www, ftp, mail, etc) or to the name of an account on the server (www.domain.com). This hostname needs to have an A Record and be in DNS to be valid. Your server needs to have a valid DNS zone with A record pointing to the IP where you want to host it. You need to do this in the nameservers with your host. If you set the command 'hostname xxxx.xxbhosting.com' this will only set the hostname while the machine is on.

Assuming a fedora/redhat based system edit your [ /etc/sysconfig/networking ] file and change the hostname variable to that of your host. Also check [ /etc/hosts ] to see if you have your hostname listed there if not; then add a line like this

127.0.0.1 -tab--tab- xxxx xxxx.xxbhosting.com

Make sure to put those tab's in, not literally though.

برای من هم این مشکل بود از یه شرکت خارجی با هویت 100% خارجی خرید کردم سیستم خریدشون whmcs بود و نگفتن ایرانی گفتن همین بحث تقلب و گفتن حساب بده عودت کنیم حساب هم دادیم الان 4 ماهه منتظر عودتیم!

ما خودمون بعضی وقت ها پیش میاد مشتری خرید آنلاین میکنه ولی ثبت نمیشه و ما همین مشکل رو داریم با مشتری که چون شماره تراکنش داره حلش میکنیم توسط بانک

(مثال مالی زدم ربطی به ثبت لایسنس نداشت منظورم این بود مشکل خرید اینجوری هم هست با این که کاربر خودش پرداخت کرده)

احتمالا از طرف buycpanel که خرید انجام شده مشکلی پیش اومده

حالا این وسط سیستم فروش whmcs باشه دیگه چه شود (یه نمونه دوستمون bepad گفت)

پرداخت با کارت اعتباری دو الی سه روز طول میکشه به حساب پذرینده بشینه...

پ.ن: شرکتی نیستش که بخواد اذیت کنه(distributors سی پنل هستش!!) تا به الان بیشتر از 600لایسنس تهیه شده ازشون مشکلی نداشتیم حتی یک بار... آی پی کاربرانی مثل شما هم که بلاک میشن را 99درصد از بلاک سیستمشون در میاریم و لایسنس تهیه میکنیم براش :)

یکی از دلایلی که بهتره همیشه آدم کارهای حساس رو بسپره به دست یک شرکت/فرد خبره و با تجربه همینه دیگه
شما اگر از یکی از دوستانی که لایسنس سی پنل می فروشن خرید می کردید ضمانت اجرایی و خرید شما بر عهده فروشنده ای بود که هموطن و همزبان شماست ضمن این که خدایی نکرده مشکلی پیش بیاد راحتر قابل پیگیری هست تا این که از اینجا بخواین خارج از کشور رو پیگیری کنید نهایت امر هم براتون با تفاوت قیمتی چند هزارتومن بیشتر این عملیات رو انجام میدادن
حالا هم به نظرم بهترین راه حلی که پولتون دود نشه اینه که از دوستان خبره این کار مثل عزیز که گفتن می تونن پیگیری کنند بخواین براتون با تضمین کار رو انجام بدن و هزینه رو بهشون پرداخت کنید
مسلما اگر غیر از این عمل کنید و خدایی نکرده به نتیجه نرسید کل پول لایسنس پریده

متاسفم ، یکی از راه هاش اینه آی پی رو عوض کنید و سی پنل رو روی آی پی دیگه ست کنید ولی در صورتی که بهشون ثابت شده باشه ایرانی هستید دیگه نمیشه کاری کرد چون مدیران ارشد شرکت سی پنل صهیونیست هستند .

البته توی این درخواست شما ، ظاهرا چون دامنه ir لیست کردید گیر داده ، باید یه بار دامنه ها رو تغییر بدید بگید بیان چک کنند وقتی قانع شدند اون موقع دوباره دامنه ها رو برگردونید و رمز رو تغییر بدید . توجه داشته باشید که هرگز از سرویس پشتیبانی سی پنل استفاده نکنید .

ما کاره خودمونو میکنیم یکاری میکنم نفهمن چی شده :دی

دیگه ir هاست نمیکنم یا اگر هاست کنم 1 دونه add on domain میذارم اونو اونجا ادد کنن

دفعه اول که اینجوری کردن مشکل از فایر وال بود نمیذاشت ریموت شن منتها ما درستش میکنیم

الان میخوام برم تو میگه لایسنس اکتیو نیست
تو ssh زدم ولی بازم همونه
