مشکل با تریال سی پنل

با سلام
الان یک سرور جدید ستاپ کردم لایسنسش مشکل داشت اینو فعال کردم تریالشو بعدش یکهو سروره قدیمه خودمونو تریالشو expire کردن

1 روز ازش گذشته بود

الان از دوستان کسی راهی داره که بتونیم درستش کنیم لایسنس میخریم ولی آیپی اضافه نداریم که بخوایم عوض کنیم

مشکل همان تحریم هست

با گزینه transfer اکانت هاتون را موو کنید

عزیز ایرانی بودن این مشکلاتم داره دیگه



اشتباه نکن محتاج این زبون نفهم ها بودن این مشکلاتو داره
شما بهتره یه آیپی به عنوان آیپی سرور بدین و یه آیپی هم برای مشتری ها
یعنی رو آیپی که بابت لایسنس میدین هیچ سایتی بالا نیارید
و با آی پی ایران هم داخل کنترل پنل لاگین نکنید

حالا فعلا یک نفرو از آمریکا از همکارای خودمونو فرستادیم ببینیم چیکار میتونه بکنه

الان بخوام ای پی عوض کنم چیکار میتونم بکنم چون واقعا صدا مشتریا در اومده دیگه از دیشب تا حالا نتونستیم با سی پنل صحبت کنیم به نمایندمونم جواب ندادند

سرورتون اختصاصیه؟ یا مجازی؟
من فقط در مورد هتزنر میدونم که امکان تغییر آی پی سرور وجود نداره و باید سرور رو کلا عوض کنید یا کوچ به دایرکت ادمین
البته راه های دیگم هست
