مشکل با ایمیل سرور

سلام دوستان

با ایمیل سرور ویندوز مشکل دارم ؛ از توی پلسک ایمیل اکانت ساختم و با horde هم کار میکنه و ارسال و دریافت مشکلی نداره


ولی اسکریپت سایت ( مثلا ویبولتین ) نمیتونه ایمیل فعالسازی ارسال کنه ؛ فکر کنم مشکل از تنظیمات smtp ی php.ini هست :

مثلا همین SMTP و port سرور رو نمیدونم چطور باید بدست بیارم!!؟!
