A planned maintenance on the network will take place on Thursday, October 6th
2011 from 2:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. Mountain Standard Time. This maintenance is
another step in the process to upgrade our network, and during this five-hour
window, some customers may experience a short period of up to 10 min where
network connectivity might be unavailable.
Our Network Engineering Team will be taking all necessary precautions to
mitigate any prolonged disruptions, and if you have any questions, please

We are in the process of upgrading our network. We are currently adding more redundancy, better routers and better DDOS mitigation to our network. The upgrades should be completed within 15 days.
